    Help i have a lg optimus f3 and when i go to open crome it opens for like 3-5 seconds then it shut off

    As of a hour or so ago my lg optimus f3 shuts crome down everytime i try to use it. I tryed to factory reset the phone but the previous owner gave me the wrong pin. Is it because of a virus? Or what? Can you help me please?
