    Voice recorder is draining my battery?

    I am attaching a screenshot taken in the application manager (below). I was looking though my apps and most of them used 0 to 4% of battery. Inexplicably, the factory voice recorder says it used 24% of my battery since the last charge. My battery does drain fairly quickly. I have not used...
