    trouble with note 5, blue flame ring, fast charge, virus?

I'm experience an issue with my note 5 from verizon. the issue is that every so often i see a small blue flame like ring on the sceen around the center button, while this is occuring the phone is beeping and acting crazy. ive installed norton, no virus found, also malware...
