    Okay google sometimes doesn't respond

    Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge the Okay Google does not respond on several occasions Ive called for 5 times and he hasn't responded I had to actually pick up the phone and turn the screen on. Okay Google was supposed to respond on any page phone on or off anybody have any suggestions?
