Hi, I've had my Sensation for about a week now and today I noticed a small scratch on the screen when I held it under the sun... Does anyone know of a good way to remove this scratch? It's only noticable when held under the sun. thanks

Hi everyone, When i set my alarm to wake me up in the morning, it only vibrates and does not make any noise...i have been late to work a few times as a result. I've played around with all the sound settings, but still it has not resolved the problem. Any help would be appreciated.
