    Help Galaxy Portal Repair

    My Galaxy Portal crashed last week. It had probs with screen freezing, battery not charging and no sound. It has been repaired and I should get it back Tomorrow. I have been told I have had a software update: 5700xxik2. Is that familiar to any of you? Regards Dave
