    ringtone .dm files? how to change it

    i have been downloading ringtones from myxer lately, but i cant use them. it says its a.dm file nd it has protection. this havent happened with my previous phones. and also i have tried apps to covert it to .mp3 files but it still doesnt work. any ideas?
