    Help Googlemaps not updating?

    Hi has anyone else got this issue? My GF phones wont update her location on googlemaps or any other map 'app' I put GPS status on it to check if it's 'finding' any sats and it is but not 'locking' in so not finding the location. Is this a software or Hardware issue?
