    Help Touch Screen Not Working

    Hi, My touch screen has suddenly stopped working and I have no way of accessing any of the functions. I hears a reflash might help but how can I do this if usb debugging is not switched on. Or, are there any other ideas that I can try to remedy this? Thanks in advance.
