    Help Evo will not send or receive MMS

    I am unable to find an answer to my issue anywhere. I cannot send or receive picture mail. This happened to me one other time before; I called Sprint and was told to hard reset my phone. I won't do that again, because I honestly feel that was just the easy way out. There has to be some way...
