Hey folks- Got my S5 last week and I'm enjoying setting it up and learning all the new things.
One thing that has popped up is on "Softcard". It says "To use Softcard, your phone needs a new SIM card". When I got the new phone, I put my old SIM in, but got a new (enhanced) card from Verizon...
Recently started using Verizon cloud to back up my music from my phone in prep for getting a new phone in September. Unfortunately, my GooglePlay purchased music is not uploading to cloud. Is there a way to get the Verizon cloud to recognize the music on my phone & get it to upload?
Hey folks- Just purchased a backup power supply with adjustable charge rate and did not want to fry my MAXX battery, so I was wondering what charge setting should I use on the power supply? It has 5.0, 6.5, 9.0 and 12.0 volts. Can't seem to find a spec on my current charger....
Thanks!
I loaded a bunch of music on to my SD card using Backup asst plus & when I open "My Music" & go to "My library" the message "There is no music" comes up.
Also, when I open "Play music" most of the music I loaded won't play & I get the message "can't play title/album".
Ideas?
I have a friend who purchased this phone recently & the data service comes back on after she has turned the Mobile button off. She is on a limited data plan & last month had a huge bill due to this issue.
Any ideas?
