    Is 60 dollars worth it for this phone?

    Hello, I was offered this phone for 60 dollars and am wondering if it is worth it. I have been reading that this phone has problems after a couple of months of use. Any opinions on this? Also, to activate the phone I need it to have a good ESN and its UICC card right?
