I just updated my phone @ sprint but my contacts are all double, how do I fix this without deleteing each one by one? I remember reading there is an easy way to do it but cant remember lol.

incoming text messages are all showing up sent 5-10 minutes BEFORE the time it was actually sent so it totally ruins convos on my moment.. Ive tried setting the time and using 'automatic' network time.. Someone please tell me how to fix this its driving me insane as I always have to scroll back...
