    Help Phone number appearing as "unknown" under phone settings

    Well, I know for a fact this phone has an active, working number, but for some reason everytime I go to: Settings>About Phone>Phone Identify it says Phone Number Unknown (Also, it says the same thing for the voicemail number...) Any help would be awesome! =]
