    Root update failed message after rooting

    After receiving my X2 I took the ota Verizon update. Since then I have sbf back to froyo gingerbreak then installed pre rooted gb. Since then I keep getting update failed message on my phone. Is this Verizon trying to push gb. How do I stop this. Thanks

    Ok my x2 was updated to the OTA GB. I followed the instructions to set back to froyo then gingerbreak from there.
