    Help velocity Cruz T104 charged but will not turn on?

    I have a Velocity Cruz T104 i know it works great but it went to sleep and i tried to wake it up but nothing the screen is still off. I would like some info or help with solving this problem. its charged and hitting reset didn't seem to work no Cruz logo which usually pops up after reset...
