ATT Note 3 Transition Animation wont stay off? In the Developer options the transition animation will not stay to the off position. It looks like all the other animations stay off but not that one. Any one have the same issue? My phone is not rooted, and has the latest ATT update.

I have an HTC panache but it is pretty much the same as the mytouch. when i use HD video recording it will jitter every few seconds. I looked at the memory card and it said class 2, a very slow card. I am going to try a class 4 or class 10. would a class 4 be fast enough?
