When i select a contact from my address book i get the option to make a video call HOWEVER, i always get the message "unable to make video call try voice call".. Why is this happening ? I know that my contact has the capability of receiving video calls. Surely i don't need to download an APP...

I am getting increasingly frustrated at the amount of photos that "cannot be uploaded" to facebook. What am i doing wrong? I get maybe one or two out of ten actually uploading. The status bar gets to 80/90 sometimes 100% and then a fail... both on wifi AND 3G.. can someone help ?

For some reason all of my photos disappeared from my galaxy ace gallery. I have managed to find them in LOST.DIR. The extension has changed from JPG to FILE. How can i turn them back to JPG ??? thank you

when i take a photo with my galaxy ace, auto ISO, flash on, indoors, the subject has to be perfectly still otherwise it comes out blurred. Even the slightest movement ruins the picture.. any ideas? or are all ace's like this.....

I bought an ACE a month ago (unlocked) from phones4u and inserted my Virgin sim card. The android o/s was 2.2 froyo. After a week i connected to Kies and updated to 2.3.3 (gingerbread). HOWEVER this update stopped my text messaging from working whilst on 3g. I took the ACE back to phones4u...

When i assign a message or ringtone the music has a very loud volume as i select it from the menu, HOWEVER, when the music is actually used (incoming call or message) the volume is a lot lower. I have set all of the volumes HIGH in settings but it makes no difference. Can anyone offer any help ...
