    Help connect with PC via Bluetooth

    I have paired and connected my phone to my PC, but I cannot browse the files via PC. Under bluetooth devices, the phone says "needs troubleshooting". There are two drivers which could not be found. I don't know what they are because the device manager simply says "bluetooth peripheral device"...
