    Skype contacts and SMS text messages

    I need help on these, and hope someone can provide: (1) How do I remove unknown contacts in Skype? (2) How do I avoid unsolicited messages and calls thru' Skype? Both my settings for "Allow IMs from" and "Receive calls from" are contacts only. (3) How do I retrieve deleted SMS text messages?
