Was downloading the OTA and got to 70% when the download stalled. Restarted the phone and it never continued downloading. When I go to settings and check for update it says it is downloading and will alert me when it's done. It clearly isn't downloading. Anything I can do?

So I annihilated my phone by slamming it in my car door (accidentally obv). I can still sort of see the screen and did a backup with CWM. Made an insurance claim so will get a replacement Tuesday. Can I restore that backup on my new Bionic when it arrives without any problems? Thanks.
