    Help MMS - pictures coming in as videos

    Hi all, I seem to be having a problem receiving picture messages. They all come in as 10 second videos. It's been impossible to magnify pictures let alone look at a picture for more than 10 seconds. Any suggestions/help would be much appreciated. Thanks!
