Help Lower Row of Keys on Keypad Sticking - Brand new ChaCha!
My partner has just taken delivery of a new HTC ChaCha. The lower row of keys are sticking/being very unresponsive though. It seems to be especially those on the lower left, sometimes they don't respond at all, othertimes you hold a key longer and harder and nothing happens for a few seconds...- timbotambo
