    "About phone" entries - what do they mean?

    Android version? (I'm guessing the current s/w version installed? Is the latest is 2.3.6?) Baseband version? Kernel version? Build number? And what are the latest versions? :confused::confused::confused:

    Help Brand new to Android - 1st dumb question!

    Hi all and festive greetings from England! I'm new to Android. I have a Samsung Galaxy W (i8150). When I open the shortcuts panel, directly underneath the Wifi/BT etc icons, the word "Virgin" is displayed (feel free to laugh here!). I'm thinking this line shows the connected service...
