    Hi there, I'm thinking of buying a Samsung Galaxy S3 mini, but seeing as it will be on Pay As You Go I want to be able to disable mobile data but still be able to use MMS (I plan to just use my WiFi you see). As I understand it, mobile data is used to send and receive MMS, so my question...
