My phone won't make calls or texts out. It connects to 3G/4G fine. It connects to WiFi just fine. But it won't connect to a phone network to make a call :confused: What's going on? Please help

I've been having issus with Bluetooth connectivity after I rooted my phone. I installed Broken out 1.0 & 1.1. Some time between these installs Bluetooth was working sporadically. Then I installed 1.2 and Bluetooth worked great. When I upgraded to 2.0 bluetooth was not working right again...
