    Help Can't download or send video mms. Help!!!

    When I try to send a video via mms it says file is too big but the video was only about 15 sec. Also when my boyfriend sends me videos to my phone it says download error and won't open the video. I have tried so many different things to try and get this to work but nothing is helping.
