    i can`t get ICS ota on rogers network for months now?

    Hey guys i have a Razr xt 910 from Rogers(Canada). Im stuck on android 2.3.6 gingerbread i believe. ICS was released last august i think for rogers but anytime i goto system update its never available. It isn't rooted or anything. Do i need to bring it to rogers?
