I was wondering if its possible to root my esteem using an sd card. Without having to plug in my phone?.

I tried factory resetting my esteem last night and it rebooted but never fully turned on from then it just takes me to the little menu from ClockWorldMod Recovery. Please help i just want it to turn on at least. PLEASE HELP i would greatly appreciate it.

this morning my phone and messaging stopped working. it is rooted. Im not sure if that matters. My internet browsrs works and internet based apps also but for some reason the i can receive or send calls or text. Please help me out.
