    Help Calender Sync Issue

    I have a T-Mobile MyTouch 4g, I have my work email and calender setup on the exchange app that came on the phone. and it is syncing every 1 second. Its killing my battery. Any idea why it is syncing like this or how to change the setting? I currently have it turned off.
