    missing 611 screen on my phone

    hey guys ive got a weird question, if you have a tmob smart phone and dial 611 you usually get a tmobile screen that gives you options like to call and stuff...but now when i dial 611 it just calls directly i don't get the virtual menu anymore. any reason why?
