Regardless of if you're rooted or not, the WiFi tethering apps just do not work. I have tried numerous apps; all with no avail. Does anyone have any solution(s) to this problem? I'm running a freshly rooted LG Optimus L9 (P769) from T-Mobile monthly 4G.
