    I am advised today that the warehouse is being relocated and therefore they don't have inventory status. i would assume some other orders are similarly affected.

    FYI, the number to check on the status of an online order is 877-603-3032. The agent was very helpful and, after checking, advised me that it should have already shipped but there was some kind of delay in the warehouse and offered to call me back with any updates.

    I entered an online order for a new deice last Friday but the order status still shows "submitted". How long does it take to process the order and get it shipped. BTW, the current Metro website does not have any direct phone or email contact info, only a bunch of FAQ under Support.

    You may have to call to get your 4G back. That's what I did.

    Unlocked phone - can't switch to Metro

    Interesting, because I swapped a phone from T-Mobile to cricket a few months ago and didn't have to register anything. I just got the unlock code from TM, put the cricket SIM in and entered the code.
