I need help my phone is stuck at lg logo and it was caused by installing beats audio installer.

I deleted some system apps and would like to redownload the app i already have the apk file. When i tried to reinstall it tells me application is not installed. Any way or tips on how to reinstall the system app? Also the app isnt that important so my phone is still working normkally.

I messed up my optimus elite and now when i boot it goes into bootloop. I take out the battery and go into recovery mode. Then i wipe data and cache partition and then i click reboot system, now the phone boots normally. It doesnt have any bootloop though their is no launcher (i guess i deleted...
