    Root help me please before i break this thing

    so i recently obtained a evo 4g... i guess it was flashed to metro but there is no mms or web he said it was fixable... well i found out the usb does work properly come up as a error in windows i installed all new drives and redid my windows i got to the boot menu and this is what is says...
