    Help HTC Sync error 1001

    I have downloaded HTC sync on two different computers, one running XP, one running windows 7, I disabled the anti-virus during installation and I have USB debugging enabled but everytime I try to sync my music it comes up with an error "Your device was not ready or there was no response.
