    Root My captivate doesn't let me install any ROM

    When i try to install a ROM from my internal sd card it goes to the recovery screen and does nothing else, it doesn't load or anything, i use ROM manager i have tried the rom's download list on the app also, i have left it there for 2 hours before on the recovery screen to see if it just takes...
