I need to know how to fully flash to cricket. I flashed the optimus regard's firmware and I flashed the 9033 prl. I'm on cricket network and my mom got it activated, unlimited everything but the 3g not working and I don't have internet without wifi. What's going on?

Why, on my lockscreen, the shortcuts not showing up? Is it because I don't have a Sim card inserted? I was also wondering what the gray circle with the white x was next to the no Sim card icon at the top of the phone.
