    Help Playlists Keep Disappearing

    Running ICS 4.0.4 on Samsung Galaxy S Blaze 4G, (T-Mobile). Three times now, I have gone into Music Player only to discover that my playlists, (five of them), have all disappeared. The playlists are still there, but the files have all been deleted. It seems to happen when I power off the phone...
