After updating to kitkat my phones boomsound speakers are much quieter thank before the update, anybody else have the same issue?

My Google now isn't working, Google works but in settings Now isn't an option. My language is set to (English US) and the widget says not available in my country. Anybody know how to fix this?

I contacted LG and asked for an official unlock tool. I was wondering if anybody has tried the same thing. I will update this post if I hear back from them. Also, is anybody planning on developing Roms once bootloader is unlocked?

I somehow seem to have lost the stock camera app, can anybody link a download for me to put back in my system? It's called cameraappb3.apk under /system/app/ I believe. Any help is appreciated, thanks.
