    Strange problem

    I am on call for work 24/7 and my work landlines will not ring my phone! When you ring you get the unobtainable tone. Work can get through if they use a mobile phone. I have tried my own landline and the phone rings. I have checked that I have no calls barred and I have none rejected. Help please!
