    Help Won't surf web while on phone?!?

    So I love my new Razr Maxx but it will not surf the web while I'm on the phone unless WiFi is enabled. I mainly use this function at work (where there is no WiFi) so what is the deal? Is there something wrong with my phone or is this just not a feature of this phone? I upgraded from the Droid...
