    How to back up app data for 2.1 update without root?

    Hi guys, sort of a newbie here. My fiance has a moment and we wanted to know how to back up her app data before we update to 2.1 without rooting the phone. I know that contacts and e-mails are synced but what about app data? I tried a quick search but found nothing. Thanks for the help!
