    Help Downloaded new update - phone went back to factory settings.

    Yesterday my Droid Incredible kept telling me there was an update to my phone. I waited until 8 or 9 hours later and then did the update last night. EVERY single app, contact, messgae, email...everything is GONE...the phone is like the day I got it. I had no warning and I'm beyond devastated...

    Help Twitter Not Showing Tweets

    I've been reading my tweets through Twitter on my Incredible for a few weeks now. Suddenly, today, nothing shows up other than the Twitter logo and the "What's Happening" bar. When I click refresh.....it says ...loading, and then displays "No Tweets". I know there are tweets, I'm reading them...
