I found out tonight that the Moto - G does not auto answer the phone while wearing a headset. Are there any utilities that will enable this feature?

When I open up my phone, with one exception, I see Dial, Call Log, Contacts, and Favorites as my choices. I did something once and the option to arrange by Group showed up. I can't find anything in the user guide or searching online. What did I do?
