i have a Pandigital Novel 7" Color Multimedia eReader - U.S. - Black model Model Number: PRD07T20WBL1 and need help as youtube videos dont play and i cant update as i get a error message when it trys to verify model and serial . And i cant find where my downloads are ?- jbogart1973
