As of today, when using the stock dialer, I do not hear any touch tones when I press numbers on the dialer. I reset my phone and still now touch tone sounds. Any ideas on how to get them back? Thanks in advance.

It's 5:40am and I'm at the sprint store on Polaris. No one is here. I drove past the BB and RS and no lines there either. I expected people to be camping out or at least here by now.
