    Root Droid will not come up

    My Droid Incredible starts to come up with the power button, but just keeps cycling between beginning screen and red "Hal" looking icon and it says "Droid" at approximately I minute intervals. Unable to get it to progress beyond this point. It has been charged, battery removed, etc. Any ideas...
