    Root Why do i keep getting throttled? 4g hack not work?

    Im using Harmonia rom 3.17 and on the harmonia thread it says it has the "4g hack (removes throttle)" Can anyone help me figure out what the hell is going on? 2nd month i been throttled, its driving me nuts.
