    Help sgs3 orange/EE help

    Hi guys I'm desperately in need of help. Basically my handset is still on 4.0.4 it is an orange branded handset with no update option in the settings. I've tried calling orange customer services who can't help they keep tellin me to use kies. Problem is my handset won't connect to kies on my pc...
